Elemental Fitness works with Businesses throughout Leeds and the surrounding areas to provide an alternative sport that increases and develops the social cohesion of a team.  Employers can benefit from our team building lessons through increasing employee confidence around their colleagues and provide an activity out of the office developing friendships, loyalty and commitment for each other, their managers, and the business as a whole.

"I work for BARCA Leeds a charity working with families in the local community. The young people from Wyther Girls group ages 12-19 decided that for 7 weeks they would like to take part in a self defence class in order to build their self-esteem and have some fun!

The reason the session worked so well is because David was able to keep the sessions fun however keep the girls disciplined. This is a challenge for the girls as they are not used to being told what to do, however David earned the girls respect and they successfully finished the 7 week programme. The Sessions were fun and the girls managed to stay motivated due to David making the sessions different every week, some of this included incorporated partner work, pad work, take downs, grappling and sparring.
