Personal training and martial arts tuition at Elemental Fitness is very flexible. Lessons can be arranged at your convenience at very competitive rates! We understand at Elemental Fitness personal training often depends on your financial situation, as in the perfect world everyone would have a personal trainer, therefore to make it more affordable discounts are given for bulk purchases, and sessions can be arranged from several times a week to alternate weeks.
An induction lesson can be arranged for only £20.00 to let you see the gym, speak to the trainer to discuss your aims and targets, alongside have an induction into freestyle kickboxing!
Standard Rates
1:1 - £25.00 per hour
1:2 - £30.00 per hour
Block Session Discounts
Book 10 lessons and receive 10% discount
Book 20 lessons and receive 20% discount
Group Training
Group training can be arranged from small groups to corporate team building exercises. Please contact us for a quote.
