This discussion will cover what your goals as an individual are. What do you wish to achieve? Do you have a timescale? The more information you give us, the better a plan we can put together for you. We tailor each fitness one-hour to the individual - this ensures you, the client, continue to enjoy your workout and see desired changes.
Discuss what the Personal Trainer can do for you
Personal training at Elemental Fitness doesn't just give you a plan. It gives you motivation and trust between you and your trainer who has tailored a bespoke plan to fit your needs. Based on all the information above we will discuss how we can help you and describe the types of training we would advise based on all our findings.
The 30-minute workout can include anything you would like to try out. This could be anything from weight lifting to cardio work and could help you get a taste for sessions to come.

Our 3500sq/ft private studio in Bramley hosts a variety of equipment to suit everyone's needs. This includes a 2000sq/ft sprung floor, a boxing ring, a 6-meter climbing wall, a treadmill, a rowing machine, weights, a variety of punch/kick bags, and speedballs.
There will be the opportunity to ask questions at the end of your session and discuss the plans we have available to you.
Our ethos is to help others - we do this through providing affordable training and by trying our best to suit your times. The price of an induction is discounted and the cost of a one-hour session thereafter is £29.00. Bring a friend and you could train together for only £17.50 each.
